Carne seca is Mexican style dried beef, closer to a thin and intensely seasoned jerky than the thick American kind. Ours is made with Valentina hot sauce and comes in Original, Lemon Pepper, Chile de Árbol and Chile Tepín.

What are chicharrones de harina?

Chicharrones de harina are wheat snacks that arrive uncooked, as hard flat pieces. You fry them at home and they puff up in seconds, then you dress them with lime, chile and chamoy. They are sold by the pound.

What are saladitos?

Saladitos are dried plums cured with salt, and often lemon. Sour, salty and chewy all at once. A classic thing to drop into a glass of soda, tuck into a citrus fruit, or eat straight from the bag.

What is the difference between this collection and Mexican Chips?
